U.S. Commission on Civil Rights – New York Child Welfare System and its Impact on Black Children and Families. In April 2023, Mya Martinez, Christine Joseph and Grace Tatom from the YouthNPower: Transforming Care Collective offered powerful oral testimony before the Commission about their vision for collective care and transformation in child welfare.  Check back soon for the Collective’s written testimony in August 2023.
